Service Not as Good as it Once was.

I have used Keith Heating and Air on multiple occasions. They came highly recommended, from other companies that said they were unable to work on my Heating and Air system. I had, pretty much, the same two Technicians, each time I had issues. They did take great care of me. The Technician that was here on 7-June-2017, was very friendly and seemed to be a very competent fellow. He told me I had a leak in my coils and I would need to either need to replace them or just replace the whole unit. The quote was for cheaper units, as I was told, but the cost was much higher than it should have been. I was told that the refrigerant was now illegal and in the future, getting parts or refrigerant for my 10 year old unit, would be almost impossible. So, I needed to replace. After multiple calls to competitor's, I was told I was incorrectly informed. The refrigerant is not illegal, it is expensive. The unit may not need replaced but may be a good option. The cost of replacement, not as high as I was quoted. Again, in the past, Keith Heating and Air did take good care of me but I'm not going to call them back to my home. After having a conversation with one particular company, I had more information given to me in fifteen minutes, than I have gotten in a few years of using this current company. They are not horrible but there does appear to be better options out there.

They came out and replaced my capacitor and refilled my coolant.. Great work very professional.. Thank you for the awesome work

Lee is a super nice lady who has been part of the Rossville community for a very long time. I know every time I call her that she will take good care of me. I live in an older house so eventually I will need a new unit. In the meantime, Keith Heating and Air keeps everything up and going.

There service sucks they charge way to much for a half ass job thats done baileys heating and air is so much better on prices and does alot better job .
