We stopped here on the way up north. It's close to I-75. Unassuming exterior, but don't be fooled, this place has delicious, southern barbecue. Sweet tea was delicious! Fried okra, onion rings, mac n' cheese, and green beans were great! Brisket was impossibly tender and flavorful. Even the kids chickem tenders were home made.

We stopped on a roadtrip after seeing the sign on 75. We got Beef Boston butt with onion rings and a sweet potato patties. The lady who took our order was so nice and patient with us; we were splitting the meal, and she very nicely kept the meat in a separate container for my friend with gluten allergies. Everything was amazing! The sweet potato patties were to die for, the onion rings were perfectly crispy, and the mustard sauce was delicious! We both agreed we would definitely make this a stop if we were in the area again!

I got the baked half chicken, Brunswick stew, green-beans, fries and pulled pork. I liked the spice on the chicken (rosemary?) and the beans. The green-beans were way better than Sonny's. The strew was a li'l strong and thick for my taste. Also, I'd like the option to have a bigger to go drink (I'd pay more). I would definitely go back if given the chance. The people were really nice and helpful.

Some of the most amazing women took the best care of our large group. We came in with 8 young adults and everyone of them left happy and commented on how good the food was. We are on a Make-A-Wish trip with a young cancer survivor. The amazing women gave the young gentleman a free t-shirt and took our group photo. The young gentleman definitely felt special. When we pulled into the restaurant many tempers were about to boil over. The entire vehicle is laughing and happy now as we head back down the road.
I've discussed the amazing staff, but you also need to know that the food was great. I highly recommend the brisket. All of the food was cooked to perfection.
I can not thank the staff enough for the great respite in our long journey across the country.

I stumbled on this place accidentally. If you like BBQ, this is my gold standard. This is where I've had the best pulled pork ever.

Stopped here on our way to St Augustine. Had the chopped plate and the smoked butt. Both were out of this world. Brunswick stew was best we've ever had! Except customer service, very friendly staff and food was fast to the table. Can't ask for anything more!

The service was neither great nor terrible. Which, after receiving my meal, made sense. It was mediocre at best. The Boston butt was fatty and bland with only a house BBQ and a mustard BBQ to choose from. They weren't outstanding either. All and all the meal wasn't terrible. But, at 10 bucks a plate, they could stand to tune it up a bit.
