When we found out we needed work on our foundation, we were TERRIFIED. We had an entire wall of our basement leaning inwards. It had to to be reinforced with steel beams and then we had to have the cracks in it sealed as well. We had several companies come give quotes. What made KCS stand out immediately is instead of taking three days to work on a quote and then emailing me a huge number that I didn't really understand, Brad Messer actually sat down with me the same day he walked our property and went over our all of our options! He even price matched one of the other quotes we got so that he could fall within our budget. Now THAT'S cool! We gave a reasonable deposit and work was scheduled. The work was actually started almost a week early, too! AND it only took them from 9am to 4pm the same day to complete. I'm so happy we chose these guys, and you should choose them, too.

First made contact via the KCS website; response was immediate. Within a couple of days Brad visited our home to assess our basement leak. Options were presented via a written quote the next day. Work was scheduled for 3 weeks out.
The work was done on a timely basis in a professional manner; courteous, good communication, respect of the home, proper staffing and great work ethic. A lot of good work was done in a short period of time with a good result.
We did have an issue that was unforeseen to the crew. Brad took care of the issue immediately to our satisfaction.
Overall a very good job with the installation and we are expecting very satisfactory long-term results.

What they built was not what we discussed. The contractor came out, we discussed what I wanted, and I felt like he had a good grasp of the project. That was the last time I saw the contractor. Their crew showed up and appeared to have no idea what had been discussed with the contractor. I had to re-explain what I wanted, and they went ahead and ignored several of my specifications. They ended up taking a few hundred dollars off the total cost, but what they did is already (after 1 month) starting to cause structural issues with my house. Do not recommend.
Since leaving the review the contractor scheduled a meeting to come discuss the issues. He no-showed and I haven't heard from him since

Highly recommend this company. I had several other local companies come out and chose to go with KSC because of their knowledge and they were so helpful explaining in depth what i needed and what i didn’t need that other companies were quoting me for. They are very honest and very thorough.
