Great food great service!! I got a chefs salad and the cheese was hard and salad dressing was all oil it was suppose to be I Italian dressing

Good place for comfort food, fairly extensive breakfast lunch and dinner menu with daily specials. I'm not a fan of the parking there but the atmosphere and the service combined with the quality of food make up for that.

service was extremely slow. The waitress seem to have no interest in doing her job. Can't say if the other ones were like that or not. Once we got our coffee and needed more we had to get it ourselves because the waitress was nowhere to be found. Actually we did find her she was sitting in a booth talking to another customer for a long period of time. This was the first time in our 25 years of eating in restaurants that we did not leave a tip. And that's her loss because we are good tippers.

Had a chef's salad and an order of friend mushrooms. The salad was decent although they forgot to put the egg on it. That was all right though. We showed up a few minutes before closing and they didn't seem perturbed. The mushrooms were frozen but plentiful and tasty.

Ate here last week. Ordered taco salad, roast beef, and surf n turf. Surf n turf was horrible. Steak tasted like it was cooked in water. Shrimp was small and you get 1 small scoop of mashed potatoes. For $20 was definitely not worth it. Our friend got the pork chop and she could not even eat it. It tasted that bad. Waitress was not friendly. Could here kitchen staff carrying on in the kitchen. Told cashier about terrible food and got an apology and I'll tell the cook. Will never eat here again.

We went July12th it was lousy my pork chop was tough my husband got 2. Pork chops his was nice mine didn't even come close to looking like his our friend got surf and turf shrimp was the size you use in a salad his steak was tough and bland water cooked potatoes were like cement to much carrying on in the kitchen the waitress was a grouch I've are there for years never had bad food or service until that night drove from Gaines and brought. 3 friends bragged up restaurant but was really bad if I return to your restaurant again and if I get same treatment again I guarantee you I will call you out right there and it won't be pretty

Nice family restaurant in Coudersport. I had the chicken tender sub for dinner and it was really good. Also has a lot of good dessert options including pies and cheesecake.

Stopped for lunch. Great service. Clean dining room. Reasonable prices. Be sure to leave a little extra in the tip for the hardworking staff.

We were passing through Coudersport and noticed this cute little diner- we looked at all of the great reviews online and thought it would be a good idea to stop there for dinner. The food was okay, and the prices were reasonable, but the service was just awful. I see that others on this site have had great service- maybe the reason our server was so rude (our server was Angela) was because we are not from the area (outsiders?) It's too bad because we travel often, and go through Coudersport several times a year, but we were made to feel so unwelcome and so unwanted that we will never come back to Kaytee's again. When we first arrived the hostess came to our table and grabbed our drink order and the hostess was friendly, but after waiting for over 5 minutes, no waitress came over to our table (the restaurant WAS NOT BUSY) I flagged the hostess over and asked to order appetizers, and that is when Angela (who had been leaning over the counter, playing with her cell phone the entire time) came over, slightly annoyed, and asked for our order.it just went downhill from there. Angela left all of the dirty plates from our appetizers and dinner on our table the entire time, she never came back to check if everything was okay, and she never came to see if we needed anything. Only one drink refill the entire time (after we finally managed to get her attention) and then she just handed us the check. Years ago when I was in college I waited tables myself, and understand when a server is busy, but she was literally doing nothing other than leaning over the counter, playing with her cell phone, and giggling with several "regulars". I have to say, Coudersport is a beautiful and friendly town and this is the first time we've ever had a bad experience anywhere in this area. Usually the locals are quite friendly, but for whatever reason, Angela seemed to have decided to be rude from the moment she approached our table. This was truly the worst service we have ever had anywhere. It is solely due to the terrible and rude service provided by Angela that I have left a 1-star rating.

20 minutes before closing and we were going to leave but the Hostess opened the door and insisted we come in and have a seat. The best customer service we had since arriving in town. The bacon cheeseburgers were great!
