Good food, Good beer. Nothing facemelting awesome. But, what it does, it does well.

I was bummed that they ran out of scotch eggs.

My Ruben was good, and the sauerkraut ball were much better than expected.

I really like this place. Both the beer and the food are good, but not great. I wish they had more healthy options on the menu. I do appreciate that they have some of their beers on cask.

We recently used the Underground for our Rehearsal dinner. I want to go back! The evening was perfect an the food was amazing. It is such a unique space that I am not sure everyone in Columbus knows about! I would recommend this to anyone booking special events. We loved it! Thank you for a great evening!

I dined here with a large group if friends. The drinks were good and the food was delicious. The sauerkraut balls were a big hit and the pretzels were really good, too! Service was great and the ambience was cozy.

Spent some time with friends and their new baby in a quiet booth last night. The food wasn't bad but also not great. They were doing beer pairings with Girl Scout cookies because of the Girl Scout convention in town. I've seen them do other event themed things for convention groups and I think that's fun so they get points for creativity.

Pros: cozy spot, approachable menu, the soft pretzels are very good, good beer happy hour prices
Cons: the entrees sound better than they are, only beer and food are discounted during happy hour-no wine or cocktail specials.

Wonderful place for a tasty meal. Great variety of items to choose from. Sauerkraut meatballs as an appetizer highly recommend!
Great burgers and salads. You will not be disappointed. Great service/friendly atmosphere.

Food was tasty and the service was great, shout out to Megan. First and chips only had one piece of first but it was big. Bread pudding was good. The three beer tester was great all the beers were good. The bistro salad was nice and light. Overall worth a try!

Visited Columbus for a concert at Express Live. Stopped in here for a bite to eat. Mindy was our server. Food was great and came out fast. I am a waitress myself and if I were her, I would be embarrassed at the service given. She was rude, never smiled, annoyed when we asked for anything. We asked for our check to come out with our appetizers, because we were in a hurry. Someone else brought us our appetizers, no check. The whole time she wasn't busy. Just avoiding us. The restaurant was pretty empty and she was standing around by the register and talking to coworkers. She brought my food and I asked again for a check and my side of ranch. She didn't remember our check until seating a table close to us and handed it to us after our food. Never brought me out ranch. She was reminded about the check twice and we were in a hurry. We were waiting for her to come grab our payment and she didn't at all. Instead she was standing at the hostess station. We left the money on the table and walked out. Could have easily dine and dashed. She was rude, not good at her job at all. I never tip less than $10 when going to a sit down place. She could've easily done her job, but was just lazy and got no tip from me. This is the first bad review I've written about a server. I understand people have bad days, but I was livid about the experience I had here and if so wasn't in such a hurry I would've gotten a manager.

The wings were very good, but garbage service. Bartender was pushy about ordering drinks, then didn't put in my whole order and never came back to check until after I was thru eating - she was too busy complaining about other guests with the wait staff.

One of the oldest brew pubs in Columbus for a reason. It's a great place for a beer downtown and they have good food as well. The arcade upstairs is a lot of fun as well.

Great pub food and excellent beer. The brewers love to experiment with different beers, so on top of the regular drafts, there's always something interesting to order! $7 burger night and 65¢ wing night are great for an inexpensive meal!
