Nice atmosphere and good beers on tap. Has a limited choice of small personal pizzas, but it is recommended you bring your own food.

Solid local bad with great specials and a good staff. Drinks were reasonable and the crowd was a mix of old timers and newcomers.

Cool dive bar atmosphere but the staff don't come around to check on guests

Had the best time with bartenders Shelby and Craig (sp?). I am from St. Louis and they were more than hospitable. The bar itself had a great vibe, a diverse upbeat crowd and touch tunes driven by whomever wanted to play something. Great experience! I might go back tomorrow!

An old-school vibe with killer modern beer choices. Lots if dark cozy wood, not modern metal minimalism.

Decent beer selection, cheep beer available as well. Cheap pizza too if you don't want to go anywhere but they let you bring food in as well

Great selection on tap and in bottle/can. Waitress was friendly and helpful for a couple of beer suggestions when my choice was unavailable. It was quiet when I was there (early afternoon) and provided exactly the space to do some work on my laptop while enjoying a beer. Free wifi too.

Great beer selection at reasonable to cheap prices. I got a local ale on a hot day and it was perfect. They have drink specials for less than $5 too if you want cheap beer.

A great bar with a very nice beer selection and very friendly staff. I've been going fairly regularly. A lot of the customers are regulars, which tells you something about the quality of the place. It's a great place to watch a game or catch up with friends.

Person who answered the phone was beyond rude. Didn't even bother to answer a question, just stated see the website and hung up. If that's the level of service I'm speechless

A terrific bar in Chicago that has more character and ambiance than almost any of the bars in DC, where I live. The bartender, Shelby, was cracking jokes all night and it felt like you were among friends even when you're a stranger.

Amazing draft list and good cocktails also. No food besides microwave pizzas and popcorn, but you can order from Hackney's or anywhere else.
