Arlington Dental goes above and beyond with their patients. My family and I and been going there for years and the care we receive from all staff has been amazing. I would recommend them to you for your Dental needs you will not be disappointed.

Very rude customer service. They don't take time to explain what you're getting done and what you're paying for and then they charge you more than what was discussed. Horrible customer service. The assistants have major attitude.

They told me I needed all of my fillings replaced. I allowed them to do one before finding out from another dentist that I in fact did not need them replaced. More than one dentist has now agreed that it was a lie. The one they did fill creaked due to not being done correctly and now needs a crown. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Arlington Dental.

Stay away from this office! Worst Dentist practice I have ever encountered.
Update: They charge my insurance when I refused service from this office. Now I have to run after them and the insurance.

The assistants here are terrible. I gave them my insurance details and asked them for an estimate for basic cleaning. They gave a vague answer of "only when we see you we will know". This is a prime example of medical surprise billing.

I called on the day of my appointment again and asked them how much basic cleaning will cost.
They replied with "it's included in your insurance".
So I went in, they checked me in, took my x-ray and then said "oh your insurance covers only 80% of basic cleaning".
Why couldn't they have told me this on the phone instead of wasting my 1.5 hours?

Also the lady didn't understand the concept of deductible. She was adding my deductible to the cost of the procedure rather than asking me to pay the deductible.

I left without paying them a single dime. The doctors might be good here but the assistants completely negate any competency of the dentists here.

I am impressed with the entire team at Arlington Dental. I was in the dental field for 28 years so I know what I am talking about. I had to get a bridge in the front teeth. Traumatic event! My new bridge looks natural and perfect.Thank you team!
