  My wife took our jeep in for service and waited. The service guy came out and said the vehicle was done, but couldn't turn off our jeep. My wife astonished by this, asked what she was supposed to do. He said that if she can't turn the vehicle off, to disconnect one of the battery terminals. Really? A service dept. that allows my wife to leave the lot with a potential issue! Why in the world would I purchase a Chevy here with that kind of service. All they had to do was push the key in and turn. Hard to believe the service guys couldn't do this. He said they didn't have the equipment there to fix the problem. There was no problem. Amazing.

  I was very pleased with my experience when buying my 2013 Buick Regal. Everyone one was very professional, especially my sales person Bobbie. The process was quick and required very little time to complete the deal. My family has used Kalmar in the past, and we will use Kalmar in the future. Bobbie is the type of sales person that is a pleasure to deal with. She went that extra mile to explain the many options on my new vehicle.

  I bought my sun fire in their used lot and six years later bought a vw jetta because it was four door. Very good service department and won't take your money. Keep back and relax enjoy a bag of popcorn, if its popping. Family owned dealership
