I’m giving them 3 because though braiding game is good, their fairness and consideration of their costumers is terrible. I’ve been doing my hair for about 2 years there and usually go like twice a year. They would always comb my hair very roughly and sometimes won’t hold the bottom to detangle pain free. I learned to detangle my own hair before going but natural hair tends not to stay detangled for long. I spoke to them about this and instead of apologizing, they made excuses. Last week I went to get my hair done and absolutely had enough of their carelessness while combing. The lady comb my hair so rough and hard that I could hear my ripping out. That was my last straw. I am not going back there every again. The second reason is because their price always changes. One minute they’ll tell you 50 dollars for a certain hairstyle and another day, they’ll tell you 80 dollars for that SAME hairstyle. Same length, size, style. One time I went the to show them the style I wanted, the size and it’s specifics.. they told me it was 150.. came in two days later to get the style done and another lady told me 180 and nothing change about the style I picked! I think they just charge anyhow they want. There’s no standard style charge. This happened on 3 different occasions that I’ve braided my hair.. you mean to tell me that your price change all the same? Inconsistently from low to high? Come on now we are not stupid. Plus they talk and shout too much in your ear. Have some respect for your clients and control the noise level at the shop. Especially when people like us don’t understand your language and we can tell when you’re talking about us.

Today went in with my 3 kids to get one of their hair done and I was told I couldn't be there with all 3 I needed to find someone to watch my other kids so if you have more then one kid don't go there because only the one that's getting their hair done is welcome sad because I was a loyal customer bit it's cool found a spot that I took my kids we were all welcome and her hair came out wonderful. Also they wanted to charge me $80 for my 4yr olds natural hair and the same style I got done for $50.Their loss not mine but For kids the person to ask for Ieasha she is amazing with kids.

I called before coming was told the price for two braids was 30 with hair 40 with out and they still charged 40 when I brought my own hair they used to much gel and braids was loose. They talk to much and took long
