There is not a bad thing I could say about this place. So clean, very welcoming- even from the greeting- to the atmosphere. Happy for the wide range of services they offer as well. They customize the stylist to your needs. I went in with long hair, wanting to cut it off to a long Bob, and Sam L was my stylist. I will by all means be continuing to come back to her. I will recommend this place to anyone I know and will be seeing these ladies soon: for cuts/trims, color, nails and even my eye brows! Very happy I chose this this place ❤️

The lady who cut my hair was very nice, so I feel bad leaving a negative review, but she did such a terrible job on my hair. I showed her a picture of a trendy, short bob haircut that I wanted, and I ended up with a mushroom cut that I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix.

My daughter got her hair cut by Vicki McTavish. She showed her what length she wanted her hair to be when it was dry. Well I knew it was going to be too short when it was a lot shorter then she had wanted, and it was still wet. When it dried it was at least 2 and 1/2 inches shorter then she asked. Now I could understand if it was an inch, but 2 and 1/2 inches, that was way to much. Needles to say my daughter was completely devastated.
