The delivery driver couldn't find my house so he told me that if I order from them again, to pick it up. Mind you I've ordered delivery several times from them before. Then I called to place a complaint and the man who answered the phone told me "He's a nice guy, no one ever complained before." And refused to put the manager on the phone. Terrible customer service. Never ordering from them again.

despite the less-than-inviting restaurant exterior, the food at K&Ts is completely delicious and has a good Moroccan flavor that sets it apart from other fried chicken and fish joints. The guys who run the place are cool and are worth chatting with while you wait. Also great for catering events

Weird, dirty, place. Chicken was fine, but under-seasoned, and no thighs or breasts were apparently available. Fries were very good. Why do they sell cigarettes, cigars, bongs, paper towels and candy bars?

I rode past and smelled the chicken I had to stop I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because I ordered the 20 piece and asked if they would do half buffalo half bbq they said I have to pick 1 so i went with bbq got home opened it up I knew I made the right choice me and the wife couldn't stop licking our fingers not to mention the Buffalo wings are whole wings double win

Easily my absolute favorite place to eat in Pittsburgh. They have the best chicken I've ever tasted. Hot and fresh covered in this delicious Lemon Pepper. I could eat it everyday!

But I can only give it four stars because of this one delivery guy who works there. I work in Shadyside and every time HE gets my delivery I have to come to him. Most times I don't mind but if he'll call ask me to come downstairs to get my delivery and I ask you to come at least INTO the building (which he never does.. he just stands by his car waiting) because I'm busy.. he'll say Ok (very rudely) and then I'll still have to come outside to get my delivery. He has never once came up the elevators to my floor which is the address I give on GrubHub let alone come inside the building and met me halfway. He's really one of the worst delivery people ever.. very rude and always complains if you don't get the phone (because he call you to let you know he's outside when he actually hadn't turned onto my street yet) on the first ring. Horrible customer service from him.

The kind man who cooks everything is amazing and so is the other older delivery guy. He always comes up the elevators and greets with a smile. It's the little things like that and the fact that the food is amazing that makes me come back every time.
