  I ordered a pair of rhinestone cut out boots and about 25 of the rhinestones were visibly missing off the boots. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from someone to resolve the problem.
  
  Shipping is very slow. I have ordered products from China that I received sooner than this company that is in the USA.

  I ordered 3 pair of shoes, they did not fit & I tried contacting them through email, chat mail more than 5 times to no avail. I finally purchased the return label that was suppose to be sent to my email address per their website. I finally received it 10 days later which was one day shy of the 30 day return policy. So I ended up with 3 pairs of shoes that didn't fit plus a $20.00 return label that expired before being able to use it. I filed a claim with BBB, but this so called company refused to answer to them either. STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE A SCAM OPERATION, WHO HAS NO RIGHT USING THE "USA" IN THEIR WEBSITE NAME.

  Do not order from K Stores.
  
  I had ordered a pair of shoes, the picture looked much nicer than the actual product I received. They were horrible quality shoes.
  
  I decided to return the crappy shoes and get my money back. I purchased a return receipt through their site. I shipped them back and about a week after the tracking showed that they received it I still hadn't gotten my refund. I tried emailing them three times with no response. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
  
  In summary, terrible quality products and atrocious customer service, would not recommend.

  I ordered a pair of boots, and yes they were too small so I paid to return them within 30 days. KSTORES advertises and claims refund less shipping on all returns, not worn, within 30 days, well it's going on 2 months since they recieved my return and no money frog them yet! I have made several calls and get told us ma'am, sorry Ma'am I don't know why you haven't gotten the credit back to your card. I tried calling again a couple days ago and no one answered, hmmm. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK PPL!!

  Ordered three pairs of boots and all three are too small. Had to pay for return shipping even though K stores doesn't understand American sizing. Will be disputing this on my credit card.
