  Called and was told the part damaged ( Bumper ) called back and asked for clarification on what was wrong, decided to go look at it myself and purchased a great bumper with a few scratches that we were able to buff out. I'll be doing more business with them

  I was looking for a piece for my 2003 honda pilot and this was the only place that had it. They were polite and fast in retrieving the part for me. These guys are good.

  I called ahead to make sure part was available, went there 10 mins later, and stood around for over an hour only to have the but come out and say he doesn't know how the tags fell off and long story short, waste of life. Definitely would never shop here.

  Probably one of the biggest jokes of a yard to deal with. Joe their manager may actually have down syndrome.
  
  Better off dealing with the more reputable yards in RI!

  making it short!!
  I bought a part part received bad. called to explain a rep hung up while explaining. called back, rep laughed!! and stated the part damaged was not under warranty after being told it had 90 day warranty. was told I had to pay return shipping (100lbs) & cover the cost for shipment ALREADY MADE.
  PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! I refuse to loose $140 for this damaged part!
