Bought a full set of high end tires and the full warranty for said tires. Went back two days later because one of the tires had a leak and they said, "the warranty doesn't cover road hazards." WHAT OTHER HAZARDS WOULD TIRES EVEN ENCOUNTER!?!? So instead of being decent human beings they wanted to charge me to plug the tire they should've replaced altogether. I took it to Just Tires off Perryville and those fine people fixed my tire FOR FREE, even though I hadn't spent a penny there. F*** you, Just Tires. POS business.

I love this place this is the only place that I will go to and my hometown of Rockford Illinois. Just Tires does the job awesome you get free rotation with oil change. They give you three different type of offers for oil changes. They don't just do what they feel is best they have awesome service great communication and I just love it. 😍😍💝💝

Nick and Dave were the guys who helped me out in my time of need. I bent my rim thanks to unforgiving Illinois potholes, and they told me where I could get it fixed or by a new one. They didn't charge me to put on my spare in the mean time and took care of me like I was family. I will be going back here for all of my services in Rockford because this isn't the first time I've been here and they are always helpful. As a single lady, I'm glad I have someone to look out for me in this department. Thank you Just Tires, Nick and Dave!

Tried to screw me out of $671. I asked for a tire rotation and was told I couldn't get one because my idler arm and pitman arm were that busted up. Took it to Kurts automotive out on Cunningham for a second opinion and was told both my pitman and idler arms were just fine. I might need to get a new tire in 20,000 miles but that's it. Did a tire rotation for $45 compared to just tires rate of $99 with a 3 month warranty. My car has been running great ever since. Just tires employee seem to try and screw you out of money and stuff you don't need just so they can get that sales percentage.

Good place to get your tires replaced. The one thing that made my drop my review is the secret cost of tire warranty. When I called, I advised that my daughter's car needed one tire replaced, and she wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. They quoted the price of the tire $103, and I asked if there were other charges to mount/balance the tire, etc They said with all that, it would be $140. Well it call came to just under $160, and I figured it was tax and whatnot, but looking at the receipt, there was a $20 charge for lifetime fixes on the tire, flat repair, etc I would have liked the option to know about this before it was automatically added to my bill. For that, I'd say ask all the questions you can think of upfront, and inspect your receipt before you pay and walk out the door.

They might be good at tires, but they're not so great at oil changes. I got a full synthetic oil change, which came with a free tire rotation. I assume they changed the oil and filter (they definitely charged me for it), but other places reset the oil change indicator on my vehicle. Additionally, other places talk me through an overview of what they did, but these guys just charged me, handed me a slip of paper, and sent me on my way. Well, the guy also explained that a coupon couldn't be used because $59.95 was actually the discount price, even though everywhere I search says that's the regular price for a full synthetic change. Definitely not going back.
