  Juanita is an amazing realtor! During this crazy time of higher home prices, competitive bidding, and low home inventories she was able to assist us in finding a home within 3 weeks. She provided great feedback during the process and follows up with clients after their home purchase.

  First time home buyer/builder. Juanita was the first realtor I had an encounter with. I went through the process with my best friend first and immediately I knew I wanted her as my realtor. Any questions I had she had an answer for me. She informed me of every step throughout the entire process. She even help me through the process of picking out my cabinets, flooring, carpet etc. I can go on and on. Juanita is A+ in my books!! I promise you she's the BEST!!

  I had a horrible experience purchasing our new home. Due to COVID-19 we opted to do a virtual tour of our home. I trusted Juanita, and on the day before the signing of our home she recommenced that she would the walk thru for us. HUGE MISTAKE. There were numerous things wrong with our home that I feel like she avoided telling us so she get her share of the profit. I would not recommend Juanita to anyone. Please stay clear of her!

  Very nice and professional. Answered my call right away. Was pleasant to talk to even tho we were able to transact. I would definitely recommend calling her for any questions regarding your real estate needs
