Bought a used car from Jay and paid extra to ensure it was ready and would pass inspection. Took me a week after paying to get the car with the assistance of an officer, failed emissions, and no response to calls or texts. Makes me wonder where my money went.
🤦♀️🤦♀️ this guy doesn't take ownership and creates stories that don't make sense. Full of drama. Shop full of people who have gfs and such sitting in cars.response / report this review -

Absolutely terrible and based on the reviews on every forum, behavior like this is a common thing with JTS.. Been waiting for Jasmine Suarez with JTS for over two hours to jump my car estimated wait time was 30 minutes.. she cursed profusely at us on the phone while we were trying to guide her to our location.. even though the GPS tracker showed her slowly jumping from Allentown city all the way to airport rd and not even coming close to us.. then she cancels the trip after she said she called her boss.. its all on a recording so dont try it because its all being sent to All State.. she's garbage and apparently so is the company.. All-State needs to find a better roadside assistance company because someone from another company we called through AllState got here in 25 minutes from Easton.. mind you we're on the 22 on ramp from 78. Do the math, the girl clearly was fooling around on the job and stealing JTS's money. So maybe they need to reevaluate her position at the job.

Forced to use this service through Allstate since they were the most readily available roadside service to jump my car that died on the highway. Sat on the side of the road waiting for over 2 hours because the person, Jasmine Suarez, had no idea where we were even though she was using a GPS, I gave her an exact location, and directed her through the phone. Watched her location on the Allstate app before she canceled saying she was there and we weren't. Worst customer service ever and she was swearing on the phone and angry that she couldn't find us because she "wasn't from Allentown." If Allstate sends this company, call them quick and ask for someone else.

These people are crazy they tell you one price have your car for almost a year and does not fix anything on it. When you call to hear the status on your vehicle that they have for 8 months that you was told will be done on 1 month he hangs up or don’t answer at all he said he has death in the family and all but you still cannot tell me when I will get my vehicle. Take heed to my warning do not go here and he will be hearing from my lawyer.

Beyond the worst shop I’ve ever been to I n my 37 years of life! No communication what so ever! The stayed with car for 3 months didn’t pick up one single call or responded to not a single message! I had to pop up at the shop and they still didn’t even try to communicate to explain why my car was taking so long! Never again 0/5 stars for them
