The used scooter I bought my mother was nearly beyond repair. The owner, Lynn explained my options of replacing the motor or buying a new scooter. I went with a new scooter and she gave me a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with our dealings with this company.

I am THRILLED with the level of service and kindness everyone displays, whether on the phone, in the store, or if they visit your home (for repairs, pickups, or deliveries). My mobility scooter was dying. Kara helped me on the phone, and Dr. Lynn Henderson came to my home and checked it out. They worked with me to find a prompt and financially prudent solution. If you need ANYTHING in the line of mobility services, use THIS store. You won't regret it.

Rental was for a family member visiting FL. This was my first time ever renting a mobility scooter so I called a few local places and Mobility Plus was the best price. Little did I know this was going to be the BEST experience ever! I originally spoke with Karen who was kind and explained everything to me. When I arrived for pickup Lynn was working and she had all the notes Karen had left her regarding my rental (great communication among the staff). I have no experience with mobility scooters and Lynn took the time to explain all the bells and whistles of how the scooter worked. She also showed me how to easily take it apart to load into a standard SUV. I could do this by myself in part but Lynn did help me load it into my vehicle. :) The scooter was CLEAN and well maintained. The whole weekend the scooter performed absolutely perfect! The battery lasted all day at a car show (on grass and pavement). My family member really enjoyed their trip and new found freedom! 10 stars for Mobility Plus!!!

Mobility Plus of Clearwater provided excellent service and advice when ramps needed to be installed to circumvent stairs after spouse's illness. Lynn H. is a pleasure to work with: knowledgeable, responsive, and very accommodating to our needs. And the guys Lynn employs for the installation work are likewise professional, courteous, fastidious, and very respectful of client's wishes and property. I would recommend Mobility Plus of Clearwater in a heartbeat for any mobility challenges.
