It is very refreshing to work with Josh Barnett at Farm Bureau Financial Services. He has been extremely professional and courteous with every interaction I have had with him. Insurance can be overwhelming and hard to understand. Josh has answered all of my questions and even came back out to our home to review our family's policy because I was confused about it and this was after he had thoroughly explained it on a prior occasion.
