  I ordered on-line six (6) kitchen chairs. I am very happy with my new kitchen chairs, they are very comfortable and stylish. With my busy schedule, ordering on-line was easy and convenient. My chairs were delivered as promised according to my convenience. The three (3) delivery men were pleasant and easy to deal with. I will definitely return for more furniture.   I am truly delighted to be a part of the Jordan's family. Being able to obtain a Jordan's card was great. I purchased a headboard and dresser. With 72 months to pay and no finance charges is a wonderful deal when on a fixed income. This makes it easy to pay off more quickly (a little more than the minimum) each month. Seeing your ads on TV put the icing on the cake.

  I picked out a new recliner for my son, but did not have time to get down to my store in Avon. So, I picked up the phone and spoke to a very helpful sales person. We went over the item I wanted to purchase & he explained about the product I wanted to buy. He pointed out the excellence of my choice. I was also able to use a discount that I had received in the mail.
  
  This was a very excellent & easy transaction, and I'm looking forward to

  This was our first visit to Jordan's and we were very impressed. The store is very clean and well lit and we thought the way the furniture is displayed is excellent. There was plenty of space to walk around and look because the displays were not on top of each other. Our salesman was very pleasant and not pushy at all which is something we liked. We hate the feeling of being "attacked" at the front door. The lady who greeted us was low key and just inquired if she could direct us to what we were looking for.

  Called re: ordering mattresses on line with delivery asap after horrible experience with another company. Gary went above and beyond and by 9am the next day my purchase was delivered. Can't say enough about the tremendous customer service. Thank you so much!

  Always fast getting checked in an out and clean bathrooms and showers the truckers can use plenty of parking for the truckers to park over night with delivery
