I start by saying that I rarely leave a 1 star. We have tried this place 4 times now. Everytime with the same result. RUDE service and staff. It is almost like it is a bother for them to be there If the attitude and actions of the staff were changed, it would be a great fun place. We stopping going here, and will find another place to spend or rec dollars jus our experience, YMMV..

Would leave zero stats if I could. The teenage girl working was more concerned with her phone than us. She acted like we were bothering her by interrupting her phone scrolling. When she said they only took cash she then rudely pointed out that their atm was broke. There was zero care as to whether or not we spent our money there. I'm glad I didn't.

I would NOT recommend the go-cart place and will never go there again. Staff is extremely rude. My daughter crashed her go-cart so hard that she had the wind knocked out of her and has whiplash and a concussion. I am not blaming them for her accident, but how they handled it was completely unacceptable. They showed no concern about her injury or how severe it was - didn't even offer an ice pack. Staff isn't paying attention and doesn't care about safety or customer satisfaction at all. All the grumpy woman cared about was whether my daughter wanted to finish her driving time and making sure they didn't get sued. It's too bad someone else doesn't open a go-cart place in Door County. It wouldn't take much to out-shine this place.

They only get 1 star because I couldnt give a zero. I never complain but wow.extreamely rude grumpy lady at the golf course. We were very happy, nice and polite with her to start and she was just set on being awful towards us. When we went to pay they only took cash and their ATM was broken. Then they over charged us and when we tried to REMIND her that one just walked along she argued back. Highly do NOT reccomend.

Couldn't tell you how it was because we couldn't get in. I called at 8pm on Sunday to ask how late they were open and the guy said 10pm. We got there a half hour later and they had closed. :(

We only used the go-garts. They are very fast and well kept carts. The owner was a very angry person. Had he attempted to yell directly at me the way he was willing to yell at the customers in the carts speeding by, I would have stopped my cart to discuss customer service face to face in way he could better understand my point of view.
On the other hand, they are EXTREMELY tolerant of more aggresive driving which is unusual and why they redeemed themselves. I would suggest they soften their approach.
I do not recomend bringing children under the age of 16. If you enjoy fast carts and the ability to drive aggresively. DO IT.response / report this review -

Fast go-carts! Mini golf is just OK. Bounce house for kids (donation suggested) to jump in while waiting in line for go - carts.
