Care, Compassion, Kindness and Professionalism are what you will receive and experience from the entire staff at Johnson & Associates. My mom and I needed to set up a Special Needs Trust. Attorney Yvette Ashworth made us feel so comfortable, going way above and beyond in helping us get everything done. She made it feel like a simple thing. Really, really appreciate her and her staff! I wouldn‘t go any where else!

Over the past months I have been working closely with paralegal Marcie Maloy and Attorney Lora Johnson to apply for ALTEC funding for my husband.
I cannot praise Marcie's tireless efforts enough for guiding me through this difficult and lengthy application process.
She has calmed me when I have become frustrated and praised me when I have completed difficult tasks. What a joy she has been to work with.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering applying for ALTEC funding, as over the years they have become experts with the process.

I cannot say enough about what a godsend this office was for me and my family. My father in law was diagnosed with dementia a couple years back and we have been struggling getting him moved from Colorado to be closer to us, maintain some independence for him in an apartment but in reality we were trying to juggle more than we could handle. He needed 24 hour care and supervision for his safety and we as a working family with 5 kids in the house still were not able to provide that. This office helped me make that possible. Marcie Maloy was amazing through the entire process and walked me through each step in getting him into the right program that would set him up for success. They also took care of the Power of Attorney paperwork and living will that he didn't have up until that point. He is now happy and thriving at a beautiful group home in north phoenix with the right care he was in need of. A huge thanks to Marcie and her team for all that they did for us!!

So thankful for this team! They handled the application process for my mother to receive state assistance for long term care. Marcie kept me informed every step of the way. My mother was approved in a short amount of time and the process was stress free. I highly recommend!!

My husband and I had questions about our will that was done by another attorney. Lora made suggestions for future needs that we will have. She was extremely professional and helpful in executing these improvements. She carefully explained the different options. We would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for an attorney. We sincerely appreciated the time that she spent with us.
