Technician arrived promptly as scheduled. He assessed the situation and went out to retrieve equipment necessary to clear clogged shower drain. He completed his work and left everything the way he found it. I would definitely use John’s Sewer & Pipe Cleaning service again.

I called and spoke to a nice man who let me know I would be able to have service same day. An associate came out within 2 hours of me calling. He diagnosed the issue and worked super hard until my clog was cleared. He also cleaned up after the mess. I would recommend this business to everyone. Payment was easy and I received a receipt right away.

We had a major block and were told that we possibly needed house trap removed costing 10k. JS sent such an honest lovely guy who came and with some hard work was able to unblock our mainline. He made sure before he left that the water was flowing properly(which wasn’t done by 2 other companies!). He was kind and patient and my family are forever grateful!!!

Edited to add :the price the gentleman quoted was the ACTUAL price in the end. Unheard of !!!!
