I scheduled a service call for clogged sink, taking advantage of the $79 diagnostic special.
The technician arrived on time, 30 min earlier I got a message for the arrival time and the tech name. Excellent communication.
The tech quoted $480 for running 25' auger, later reduced to $430. I refused the service, it was over my budget and paid the diagnostic fee. I wish I was quoted that over the phone since I provided all the info during the call. I'm posting this if helpful to other clients in the DC area to save them the trip ( and the 'diagnostic' fee).
Otherwise the technician was knowledgable and I'm confident he would resolve the issue.
I had a service tech come to my home to check my furnace.. The tech advised me I needed a specific part for my service. Approximately 2 wks later Another service tech came with the part. He stated that he would do a check of the furnace. I asked why the prior tech checked the furnace. This new tech informedme I did not need that part the first tech orderded, I now need a motor.. I asked the service tech why do i need a new motor when it is running and has been running but not cutting off..
It was Mr. Eric, he totally represents John C. Flood in the most outstanding manner. He's polite, knowledgeable, respectful and has a great personality. He knows his stuff! My new hot water heater is working perfectly, oh course! Thank you again Mr. Eric for your excellent service again! Thanks Ms. Jackie for you warm customer service on the phone.
James was the technician that serviced my AC unit in my home today. He was pleasant, polite and approachable. He is a very knowledgeable person in his trade and was knowledgeable of the unit being serviced. He did a great job. Also, he was extremely patient with me and helpful at the end of the process when it was time to complete all paperwork and make the payment. Thanks James! Keep up the good work.
