We came to Joan needing her services in a family court matter. Joan was given very little time to meet a deadline and worked tirelessly and around the clock for us. She listened to our concerns and was beyond thorough. If you are in need of legal aid, you should end your search here and give Joan a call, you'll be happy you did. We cannot Thank you enough Joan!

I have the pleasure of working with Ms. Bundy. While we both represented opposite sides, it was truly a wonderful experience working with her. It's not often you can rave about opposing counsel, but Ms. Bundy is an exception.
If you decide to hire her as counsel you are not only professionally represented, you are respected, listened to and your wishes are conveyed in such a manner that there is no doubt you are in safe hands.
With respect to the case I had with her, it was one of my first and to say I was a bit over my head would be an understatement. Ms. Bundy in no way chastised me or tried to take advantage of me. She in fact, helped me understand the law better and has become a cherished friend. I would not hesitate sending any client her way as she has over 10 years experience and it clearly shows. Joan is immensely professional, empathetic, and kind. She was able to help me with a post decree order during the COVID-19 lockdown while I was out of state. Everything was handled via phone and email, with the option to conduct zoom meetings. It was as painless as a process like this can be and I am very grateful for her. Also, she really liked all of the emotional support animal pictures I sent her - which I think lifted both of our spirits. ;-)

Thanks to Joan I got divorced in record time - less than 4 months from start to finish! Also got everything that I wanted and it was very complicated with two properties, cars and dogs involved. If you are looking for a competent, no nonsense attorney who gets on with the job without charging an arm and a leg, then Joan Bundy is your attorney! I highly recommend her services

Joan was absolutely wonderful in helping my family with a civil case against an animal breeder who cared more for money than actually raising healthy kittens. I am so happy I found Joan! She helped me with my hearing for the restraining order that I served. I was very emotionally distraught and I had no idea what to expect in court, but she was very supportive and reassuring. Joan is honest and upfront and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Joan Bundy is an outstanding divorce attorney. If I wanted to get divorced a second time, I would definitely hire Joan. I might hire her twice because she is just that good. In all seriousness, she handles a case from beginning to end, handling all the "legal stuff," the chaos of legal issues that can bombard you while you are going through a divorce. You get to focus on you and getting your legs underneath yourself and move onto your new life, while Joan does all the legal heavy lifting. You can't go wrong with Joan.

I called Joan in great distress when my divorce that I was trying to handle with out an attorney was rejected by the court. At that time I was out of state and had no idea as to how to fix whatever it was that the court stated that I had done wrong in the papers I had turned in. I called Joan and she first calmed me down and told me all would be alright and it was going to be fixed. When I called her is was an emotional wreck and she helped me get myself back together so that she could help me get this done. I am so very appreciative of Joan's approach with handling me let alone with handling the rest of my divorce process. She was and continues to be of great comfort and help with this difficult time of my life. I would highly recommend Joan in any court process that may be needed. Thanks Joan, I so greatly appreciate all that you have done for me.

I am happy to recommend Joan Bundy. She is professional, knowledgeable and was quick to respond to my email and phone messages. She offered excellent advice, and was very fair in what she charged for her service. My marriage was ending after 30 years, and it was very helpful to work with someone who was as kind and thoughtful as Joan.

Joan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in preparation and communication. She is supportive of families regardless of what they look like, and was very comforting during a very difficult time. Her pay scale is very competitive with other family lawyers, and she was well worth every penny. I would highly recommend her services.
