We had the best experience with JnJ. We needed a new roof/skylights and gutters. Jason quoted us the best price by far. His material was in stock so they were able to do our roof right away.
Jason and his team took care off all permits and they finished the roof in 3 days. They installed DaVinci cedar shake roof.
JnJ was extremely professional, answered all technical questions I had. The installers were great, the clean up was great. A+ service.report this review -

This was a great experience, from my initial meeting with Jason (the owner) to the final meeting where we got up on the roof together to inspect the completed work.
In a nutshell, I received three competitive quotes. JnJ was not only competitive on price, but I thought did the best job of making me a knowledgeable buyer, promptly answering questions and providing options. I told Jason he has exquisite "bedside manner," a key selling point in my case.
Jesus and his crew were outstanding...hard working, great attention to detail and respect for our landscaping during the tear-off and clean-up stages. They only took five days to complete a good-sized job and successfully worked around a couple of thunderstorms during those five days.
A note on the name of the company... I told Jason he should change the name of his company to JnJ Roofing & Restoration. While I'm sure he does excellent restoration work, he'd be easier to find and more credible to prospective clients if he led with his outstanding roofing capabilities.
Bottom line... I highly recommend JnJ and would happily use him again.report this review -

I absolutely recommend JnJ! They replaced my roof, and they were very professional, accommodating, and fast. There were no hidden fees and it was an extremely easy process. Mike was so great to work with, and he would answer calls/texts, when I had some questions, even in the evening hours.

We have decided to proceed w/our Roof replacement with JnJ with the following:
- They let us makes the decision, instead of trying to rush us through the process.
- They follow the social distancing guideline
- Clear about the process to follow since its our first (hopefully only) roof replacement w/our insurance
During the process:
Again, their team continue to follow the social distancing
Scheduling is very easy... had to reschedule but they followed up and give us notice ahead of time
After the instllation:
JnJ team continue to follow up to ensure that any question/concern we had is being addressed in a timely manner
We have been recommending JnJ to our neighbours and will continue to do so.report this review
