We needed three basement windows replaced in our older home. Denis of SK came out to measure in a very timely fashion and was upfront about the turnaround time due to supply chain. We were happy to wait + had our windows installed shortly thereafter. We were very happy with the windows and the service!

Will give you a great sells pitch, but not responsive to phone calls and returning to correct work that is incomplete or done poorly. Have made several phone calls and spoke with Allison, Jackson and Sandra and requested for the owner to call and over a year later have not heard anything. Would not recommend.
