  Came down from columbus with my mom to look for her dress. We had such a great experience. My mom was given the time that she deserved as the bride and we all felt comfortable. Such a beautiful place in side. She was able to try dresses on more than once if she couldnt make her mind up. Just a great experience all around. Thank You So Much!!!!! Jessica & Christie 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 & SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS!! 💜

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner fitted me and other models for a fashion show. Very nice. Great store. Very knowledgeable about the designers, fabrics, jewelry, etc. Everyone at out Zonta Champagne Luncheon Style show enjoyed seeing all the different types of gowns they have. Great store!

  jillian's is a wonderful place to find your special dress for prom or wedding.The entire staff,especially my consultant Heaven,made the whole experience fun. I visited the store during the David Tutera(my favorite designer) trunk show. I had a list of gowns that i wanted to see and they checked their computer to see if any were in the store. THE ONE WAS THERE!!!! I tried on about 5 dresses and didn't feel rushed at all and welcomed the feedback that I received from on each dress.They helped me find the perfect jewelry and shoes plus helped me decide whether to go with a veil or fascinator. I will be going back to have alterations done and I'm sure that will be a pleasant experience as well.Thanks everyone at Jillian's !

  Very pushy staff. Yelled at my daughter in dressing room. Trashed talked other store in area. Got my daughter to say yes to a dress in the dressing room.i wanted my daughter to sleep on it and if she felt same way in the morning I would by it .sale girl went in to snotty attude told her it want be here by then like they would sell it over night. Make comments tell my daughter said yes. My other daughter also was with me get a dress she small very little she was great with her. But was not very nice to my other daughter who not a size 0. Wish we never went there.

  Awful customer service, the workers aren't people friendly when their job is to be friendly and help find the perfect dress. Very disappointed, and have no intentions of going her for the rest of my high school dances. I'll gladly go elsewhere.
