My family has gone to Dr. Hawkins for five years or so now and we love it there. All of the staff, including Dr. Hawkins, are always very personable and caring when it comes to their patients. We've also never had a problem with the work they do and we've had everything done from cleanings to braces. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my visit to Dr. Hawkins' s office. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Hawkins was also friendly and easy to talk to. He took time to listen to my history and any problems I was having , and was able to put my mind at ease about information I'd gotten from another dentist regarding a very expensive dental procedure. Dr Hawkins' exam showed no need for this procedure, and he suggested several options for a different problem that I did need some work with. I have nothing but good to say about my visit and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone in the office.

I have atypical nerve structure in my face and have always had trouble getting numb at the dentist. I've been to 7 dentists in the last 5 years and Dr. Hawkins is only 1 of 2 dentists that were able to get me totally numb (the other retired :( ). I can't tell you the number of times I've been sent home from dentists without having any work done because I simply wont go numb. I originally went to Dr. Hawkins to try sedation, but after he examined me he suggested that I let him give it a try without sedation since the added cost of the sedation wasn't a good fit for a 10 minute filling.

To my surprise, he was successful! His staff took numerous x-rays (at no cost to me) to study the nerve structure on that side of my face and adjusted the injection site as well as the needle length in order to hit the proper nerve. It was amazing. I felt no pain during the procedure and that has never happened to me before. I was so happy after it was over that I wanted to give all of the staff members hugs. Maybe that was the nitrous, but either way, I was a happy customer!

Even though the office is an hour away from my home, I will definitely be returning to Hawkins Complete Dental Service for all of my dental needs in the futurecleanings and all!
