  The people are super nice but the last time I went to get my oil changed a few weeks later my car stopped on the freeway. I had to get it towed to a mechanic only to find out they had changed the oil filter and emptied the oil but never put oil back in. It’s worth paying a little more to make sure it’s done right.

  I did not bring my vehicle, I was riding with my friend. He got a full service oil change and had no complaints.
  We got in right away. The lobby was clean and comfortable enough to wait in. Free internet while you wait, and everything went smooth enough.

  Service is ok,people are nice but not the best job..
  I have to say that labor is a little expensive for a jiffy lube,but if you are smart you can find many coupons online that will bring the price a little down to a reasonable height.
  They have been doing work on my Jeep and everything is fine!

  Super frustrated. I waited for over an hour today for my car to just sit outside the facility. All I requested was an oil change. No tire rotation, trans service, nothing. Should take 15 minutes, probably closer to 30, considering the vehicle in front of me. What frustrated me most, is that no one took the time to inform me that it would be quite a wait time, as the vehicle ahead of me was doing a full service. However, this entire time, there were 5 men standing around, not working on the vehicle ahead of me. Then, the other bay continued to move. Another customer waited around 10 minutes before someone came to ask him if he would like his air filter replaced, as mine still sat outside. Although this persons time is also valuable, my car couldn't have been moved over while the other bay was occupied for nearly an hour? I had been waiting 50 minutes at this time. So I asked someone when I could expect my car to begin being serviced, he told me 15 minutes and my car would be completed. 15 more minutes passed and the truck still in front of my car had zero service being preformed on it. At this point, I asked where my keys were located because I didn't have anymore time to waste. Although I am from out of town, I travel though Heber often and will absolutely not be returning to this location.

  I just walked out the door as a completely blown away customer and with a huge smile on my face. I was instantly greeted at my car as soon as I pulled up, walked inside (the employee held the door open for me), was offered coffee and water, and didn't wait more than 5 minutes before they called me up to the counter to go over my options. The employee Alex made sure that it would be within my budget and offered me a coupon! From there it was only 5 more minutes until I was back in my car and on my way to write this review. It was my first time into this location and can say with 100% confidence that I'll be back every time I need an oil change from now on. Thank you so so much to Alex and the rest of the Heber team!

  They were a little busy towards closing time when we got in, but they changed our oil quickly once it got in the bay. The manager was nice and willing to answer questions.

  Not ever going back. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes when there was only a car in the bay and I was the next car. The guy at the counter who checked me in didn't acknowledge me and proceeded to chug his soda and then started making jokes about paying me in monopoly money for my email. There was a man who was staring at me in an uncomfortable way. There were at least 3 or 4 guys all standing around smoking not working. The manager, Alex, took care of me after the fact for waiting so long. I won't be going back though.

  I visited the Heber Jiffy Lube today to have a safety inspection done. I dropped my car off at 10, and returned at noon to pick it up. The inspection still hadn't been done. I waited 40 minutes in their waiting area. When I got in my car, there were greasy finger prints on the door handle, steering wheel, and emergency brake. Two stars because the nice man behind the counter walked me out to my car and opened the door for me.

  Very slow. Waited one and a half hours and it wasn't even crowded. The Jiffy Lube near my work is rarely more than 30 min, even when super busy. They also told me 3 different prices while I was waiting - of course, more expensive each time.

  These guys are superb. Enough said. They came out to my car instead of waiting for me to walk in, they were super helpful. When I got an invoice saying I was being charged for a free rock chip repair, they came to the rescue and fixed everything! These guys are the best!

  I went in on the morning of Feb 3rd. They were totally empty for the morning, which surprised me. These guys jumped right in and got my oil change and registration renewal done in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't have been more happy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. These guys are usually fast getting people in and out, but they were running on a completely higher level!
