  Nice flight. I really like the extra legroom on their planes. It does make a difference. Friendly staff. Easy check in process.

  Worst experience ever. They couldn’t be more delayed. Flight supposed to arrive at 1am but we ended up getting the bag at the luggage claim by 5 am

  Pleasantly surprised. No long lines customer service friendly check in easy airport spacious parking splendid. Traffic horrendous overall wonderful experience. Staff member courteous and how full with the kiosk machines.

  Jet Blue assigned my fiancé and I apart on two separate flights, in the same seat and row, and told us they didn’t have any other seats available on the planes besides paying $95 for comfort plus. Found it weird it was the same seats two flights in a row a week apart. They just want to make money. When we boarded the plane there were other empty seats together we could have been placed in - luckily someone switched us. Wouldn’t fly Jet Blue again.

  JetBlue is my fave airline and I’ve taken the red-eye home to NYC multiple times. Before COVID, there were many options for food. For this flight, we only had this Mexican spot open. Food and experience were OK, but lots of frustrated folks in the terminal.
