  Dwight the salesman is great, but the service department is terrible. We've taken two vehicles there. They never fixed them correctly. They also charge more than other Dodge dealerships. This service department is scamming people.

  My wife and I went in to look at purchasing a truck and were helped by Joel. After telling him what I was looking for, he took me straight to several options that fit my criteria and gave me the ins and outs. Zero pressure, Zero attempts to "up-sell" me to a costlier option. After doing a bit of research, I went back and purchased one of the trucks he showed me. It was probably the most painless and best new car buying experience I have had. Highly recommend them!

  I love driving and just looking at my new Jeep Cherokee Limited. I haven't found anything I would change about it.
  My experience with Mike Guthrie was all positive and I didn't feel that he was pushing me in any way. He was very personable yet professional. I always dread looking at a new car because I have been chased around the lot too many times and have had some bad experiences. Not so at Jenkins!!
  Thank you for all your help and kindness. Go Vols!! (Those are orange stars uptop, aren't they????)
