*****The Location of this place is incorrect. Also not fun getting scolded by old men for simply asking if I'm in the right place. Fix your address. If private condominiums is where the address takes you when searching culinary shop, then idk what to tell you. Also in the reviews I saw you telling people it was great having you in the shop. I would think that would lead anyone to assume you have a storefront at the location on your Google page. Also you're accusing me of not attempting to contact, but the number you have is an out of country number that is disconnected. Instead of trying to make my review seem unfair one sided, maybe see what would have helped next time, :)

Website will not take orders. Tried email, no response. Only phone contact is a Whats App number, constantly unavailable. No one answers chat.

The customer service is amazing. They were willing and able to answer any and all of my question at almost any hour of the day. They treated me with respect and were wiling to help. The products I received were AMAZING. From steps to emulsions to stones. Everything was well packaged,labeled and had high fir and finish. I am definitely using them again.

Such awesome customer service. The folding knife was out of stock, I emailed, and they promptly responded, helped me find a knife that worked for me and shipped it ASAP. Very pleased with their customer service. Can’t wait to have it arrived. Thanks again for the help.
