Wayne and Jenco have been my "go to" plumber for years, and have always been there when needed. Their team has always been professional, and did great work! Highly recommended!

Jenco Plumbing Services' crew were top notch. We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday. Clogged pipes that were causing our washing machine to overflow. I called and they arrived later that day. He diagnosed the problem but felt like it was bigger than just snaking the pipes. That would be a band-aid, but we'd still have the issue. We'd heard the same thing from other plumbers over the years as this problem recurred. But we never addressed it. Said he'd talk to his crew and come back to fix our pipes as soon as they were available. He didn't charge us for the Saturday visit and called the next day, Sunday, to say they'd be there that day to fix the problem. His price was very reasonable. The crew was efficient and professional. We'll definitely call them again the next time we need a plumber.

patty is a horrible receptionist, I called back to ask when the plumber would be by install our shower pan and she refused to give me a time or speak to anyone that could give me a time frame. then after a back and fourth told me that she could no longer deal with this at the end of the day and then proceeded to hang up on me.
HOWEVER the plumber that came out to install the shower pan and drain did an excellent job and pointed out may of the mistakes and shortcuts the contractor that hired them took to lessen the overall cost of replacing the leaky shower pan.report this review
