  Charge your credit card for services then invoice you for the same amount. Will not credit your Visa card, after they already deposited your check. 10 days of phone calls and will not return your phone calls. I guess it standard practice to treat a senior of 72 in this manner.

  Do not purchase from this company. They are not willing to service your awning unless you agree to pay $175 for them to just look at it. Then once they get out here, they will let you know how much it will cost to fix the problem. Yeah that is not how it works. You come out and give an estimate. Buyer beware. Customer service was terrible and not very supportive. Do not waste your money on this company.

  I reached out to them online and received a quick call back from their sales guy Michael. Great, fast & responsive service, also worked with me on pricing a tad for our awnings, for our South Philly Row-home. I wanted something "traditional-South-Philly" looking to match the block/neighborhood. Mike knew what I wanted and got the order in. From order to install was fairly quick and follow up was good. The end result couldn't have come out better. Very happy!

  JefCo Awnings installed a retractable awning for my backyard and it has been major improvement to the livable space. The backyard stays much cooler and even keeps the entire first floor of the house a few degrees lower on sunny days, saving on AC. The motor for extending and retracting is quiet and the quality of the awning materials is impressive and durable. Thanks!

  This company is horrible, I called them to have an awning fixed and for months and months they could not do the job because "they only come to the area when they have other business in the area" then on a few occasions they call me on the day they want to come out and do the work and I guess they expected me to stop working and go and work on their timeframe, I don't think so, I own a business as well and I have responsibilities as well. Then today I call and the lady states oh I gave up on doing your awning that's why I haven't called.WHAT?!?!unbelievable, you guys must have millions and millions of dollars to turn away business, thanks for nothing JEFFCO
