I have been at this establishment (which I say lightly), many times throughout these past few years. I used to really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, in the past couple of months this "restaurant" has as slowly and progressly gone down hill. November 4th which was a Saturday (Prime Rib Night). We excitedly ask for a double order. Our first concern was when we requested it to be served medium rare and the waitress responded sarcastically "we only serve it one way". SO, we cowardly agreed to these terms. Upon. Delivery after waiting an eternity we were shocked at th appearance of this food. It appeared to be made of pressed meat and microwave. It's texture was strange. I could not eat it. At twenty dollars each my boyfriend went to the manager and told her of of his disappointment. She just rolled her eyes and turned and walked away. . I will never go back there.
And I suggest that you just go to Wal-Mart and buy their meat instead.

Wednesday night is half price burger night with a drink, a definite great deal. The tenderloins and steaks are Awesome as well.

We visited this restaurants with some family who highly recommended it, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Our family all order cheeseburgers, which came out quickly and prepared exactly how we requested. The service was remarkable, and they insisted on taking care of our every need. We will be back for sure!

Pork chops we're over seasoned. Baked potato was huge. Staff was friendly but interrupted dinner way too much. I think every server and manager there asked us "how was everything", numerous times.

Do not come here of an evening. Not sure what the difference between afternoon and evening is, but the food, service and waiting staff is horrible if an evening. Three different occasions.

I order Togo orders from this restaurant all the time and usually have a great experience. I called 30 minutes ago (6pm) to ask about their closing time. Told her that I would be ordering Togo and she said that would be fine. Got our orders together and called back at 6:30pm and she told me she would not be taking Togo orders because they were busy.I understand being busy, but she could have told me that it would he an hour wait before they could start it, and I could have made my decision based on that. Instead she was very rude and wouldn't even consider working something out with me. I will be making sure to call the manager later and tell him how rude and unprofessional she was. It is a business that offers Togo orders. It's not acceptable to refuse to take my order when she could have given me a time frame in which I could order. I just had back surgery and am on bedrest. I am absolutely not happy with this experience mat not choose to come back and will not be encouraging my family or friends to go their in the future.
