  You have $600 of mine that you took as a deposit and never performed the work. Please refund me my money.
  
  If I hadn't been chasing you down for the past 6 weeks for a grand total of $600, and have received four excuses as to why I have yet to receive that refund The final one being you have to wait on your stimulus check I ie you spent my deposit money, I wouldn't even be leaving this review. We would already be working together on the next project. This is not personal. This is business. Be a better business and you wouldn't have so many one-star reviews. When I received my $600 all of my reviews will come down. No problem.

  Scheduling conflicts and then didn't actually do the job because of slew of excuses and has YET to refund my deposit for well over 6 weeks now. Stopped respondning to phone calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional.
  
  You took my deposit, didn't perform the job and then spent the money and refused to give me my deposit back. And now you say you don't know me? I have a contract that you signed..and here's a picture of it.
  
  You don't know me? Please just give me back my deposit?

  Here at JC concrete we've been in business since 1998 and we've made alot of people happy. One thing you can count on is that if you're first in line on our schedule you will be the one we come to next and there's no exceptions to this rule. We don't take bullying or threats from home owners we stick to what's right. If you contract with us and we tell you you're next you can trust that. We've had some clients that think they're special but they soon find out that they are no better than anyone else. We here at JC Concrete treat everyone the same. You guys be blessed. JC

  This guy stole $1400 for labor from us. He kept saying I’ll be there tomorrow morning and not show, so we had to call him every day. Then he accused us of being too demanding. He strung us along for over a week. We’d call him by noon and say you said you’d be here, he always had some excuse, he even said he slept late one day. They’d come at night to pacify this us. Look right at us and say You will be poured first thing tomorrow morning, said that at least twice to us. His wife even admitted that they needed to communicate better with us, but never did. He then came and took his forms and trash that he had strewn all over our yard. So when we had it done by someone else we realized what he planned on doing was not right at all. He bad mouthed Southern Concrete by saying they were liars and you had to record everything they say. He and his wife lied to us all week and then left and kept our money.

  The first review I wrote I used JC's phone to do it on so now I'm leaving it from mine. As I stated below, this man is good at what he does and I will refer him to everyone I know whether it be for a basement, patio, driveway, acid staining etc. I am well pleased with the quality of his work and you will be as well. Thanks again JC
