We did the bus tour and farmhouse combo. The guides were extremely knowledgable. The bus was very comfortable and it was easy to hear the guide. We had a great time and highly recommend.

My husband and I did the bus tour. Our guide had a great personality and a wealth of information regarding the Amish culture. And the bakery/shop we visited was awesome. The owner Lilly was super friendly! Definitely worth the trip

I had a group of 40 people from another state and they loved the back roads tour guide. Our tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable and really informed the group all about the Amish Culture. We even had the opportunity to stop by an Amish business. I recommend if you want to learn more about the Amish in Lancaster County!

Very informative. Friendly staff. My husband and I were lucky enough to be the only ones one the tour at the time, so we were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. Lydia was an excellent tour guide. I even bought a book about her as a child.

Loved the one-room schoolhouse! Reminded me of the one I attended in New York State. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Disappointed that this place is not run by the Amish. It's a tourist trap. You think you're visiting the Amish and you're not. Seems this place would anger the Amish. And the people running the store are very rude. Or the old lady that helped us was definitely not Amish.. dressed with makeup, jewelry, colorful clothes NOT Amish.

Little small. Quick tour. Neat old house. Grounds were good. The Amish Farmhouse by Target was better. Of the two I'd take the later. More to see and better tour.

I started with 5 star but deducted 2 stars out of that. 1. The introduction was informative and the model room tour lasted only for 15mins hardly and with around 30 people so it's not worth that much price.
2. There is nothing inside the model village which is attracting the crowd apart from few old carriages where people are in line to take their best photo. But again that should not be charged that much for the offered things.response / report this review -

Small quiet little place with a touch of history. There isn't a lot to cover and you should be done in a couple of hours including all the pics you need. It is worth visiting once though to get to know the history of the Amish and how amazing their lifestyle is. Even though the replica village is pretty small, it is beautiful and on a good day, you should get some good pics. There is a small tour of a replica house in the beginning. You can then roam around the village which has some farm animals and carts etc.

They do tours of Amish and their lifestyle. At the end of the tour you have the option to go and explore their mini version of an Amish village located just behind the main tour business where different items are being sold. About the tour Expect about 1h to 1h 45 min with one stop at a real Amish place (two or more stops would be ideal) throughout the outskirts of Strasbourg, PA. Our bus driver was entertaining, fun, savvy, and explained quite a lot of things we didn't know about Amish. So far this place gets a five star rating, and a couple of improvements would be to stop at multiple locations as well as giving a small map to enjoy Amish experience at its finest.
