  I was in an accident in which the driver ran a stop sign and hit me totaling my car, I was recommended James Horne as an attorney to deal with my case. Car accidents, lawyers, insurance phone calls, gathering documents, can all make your life extremely stressful on top of everyday life stressors. James Horne essentially took all the stressors of dealing with a car accident and handled it himself. I was able to continue on with school and work and in the meantime James was in contact with my insurance as well as the other driver’s insurance the entire time. Before I knew it I had received a call from James asking me how I would like to receive the check. If you were recently in a car accident, I highly recommend James Horne to represent you. I really expected this process to be so difficult and James made it very simple, clear cut, and in my case it only took 5 months.

  By golly! I am 𝙚𝙘𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙘/so happy with the extravagant work that Jay has presented during such a horrific time frame of my life. After an accident, the last thing you want is someone or doing their job in regards to 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 safety, well-being, and overall mental health. This 𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 individual has provided the best professionals to assist in aiding my physical therapy and being very quick with responding to my calls and emails. I appreciate him for reaching out to me to make sure that I’m being heard and that I’m getting the most accurate information to better get me back on my feet.
