👍 great staff, they work really quick unlike other offices. I had appointments at 7:45am and I got done at 7:30am, maybe my case is easy but the point is if you come early, they call you in early as long they have openings.

I've been trying to book a info pass appointment for a case I've filed back in January, I have requested 3 service request for a case that's pending for my wife for- outside of normal processing time, and i have so far been kept in a loop I spoke to the USCIS helpdesk they suggested I try to schedule an appointment in the field office. I've tried to schedule a info pass appointment with this office for over 3 months now and every time I try to book an appointment I'm always getting a messaged that prompts up saying- at this time there is no information appointments available for the office in your area, I have now booked a info pass appointment with the Maryland field office and I'm not even sure if they will be able to assist me.
