Dr.Davenport was absolutely amazing. My daughter is a drama queen and I for sure thought this appt wasn’t going to happen. She went back at 8:15 and Dr. Davenport called me back at 8:50 and I was thinking “Oh Nooo, she is being difficult.” But nope, He started telling me about the procedure and she walked out all smiles!! If we lived in Jackson I would for sure keep him as her dentist! Thank you Dr. Davenport and team!

Been going here for about 8 years. My children LOVE the entire staff and get as excited as if it was their birthdays on cleaning days! We love this practice so much. Thank you to everyone there for making my kids so at ease.

Worst dentistry I have ever experienced. My child was born with a cleft palate and often has dental procedures. We used to drive all the way Grand Ledge but I decided to try this place, as it is only 20 mins from me. They did unnecessary procedures then charged me well over $1,000. They did not tell me that they didn't accept her insurance and did not tell me I had to pay the full balance the same day. The office is full of rude people, especially the financial lady, who also told me to stop calling and requested I never speak to her again. After all that, the cap that they unnecessarily put on her tooth, fell off after 1 month. They did not offer to fix it for free, they wanted to charge me AGAIN. Worse dentistry I have ever experienced.

This dentist office is a joke. Called last week to make my appt for my child. I have a very busy schedule. I came from Coldwater. The receptionist was rude, and told me my appt was Tues after they clearly told me Monday. Not only did I take a day off work and rearrange my schedule for this appt, I pulled my child out of school. The dentist wasnt even willing to figure something out for us. Never will I go or schedule a appt here again.

We drive for an hour just to see this office. The staff is awesome. It's clean, a fun atmosphere and the doctors are top notch. My kids actually look forward to coming and never give me any trouble. That speaks volumes about how great they are.

Our entire experience with Jackson Pediatric Dentistry was amazing. Dr. Emily Kaiser has a huge heart for children. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I am very fearful of going to the dentist- but she explains things in ways that puts our minds at ease, and her staff are kind and attentive to our needs. Our daughter actually loves going to the dentist! A Big Thank You from the Tello Family!
