It was a good visit. I went in for cat food and employee helped me to get it from bottom shelf. Also, I ended up with $80.00 worth of luscious food for myself that I hadn't planned on. Everyone was very courteous and smiling.😃

Stop here all the time for quick groceries in the morning when I need something for work. All of the employees are awesome and willing to help you out. The small store feel definitely makes you want to come back. Never has someone passed me without a smile or saying hello and asking if I am finding everything.

This place has an excellent and mostly inexpensive grocery selection. My main complaint is that I often find expired food. (Mainly cheeses and other dairy products) As long as you don't mind checking dates on your food, it's a nice store that I would recommend.

It has a large selection of items , floral dept. , different cheeses and breads , deli dept. Lower budget items. Off to the side of the fruits is a C.P. Federal Credit Union .
Clean store and restrooms . Friendly and helpful staff .

Cashiers and other staff are always friendly. Very helpful in finding what you are looking for and apologetic if the item is not carried by them. Selection is good for most products.

I have shopped at Polly's, for a very very long time they always have what I want, I have tried other stores and they are higher in a lot of things. Produce Dept. Is great meat Dept. Is great. The cashier's are friendly, workers always helpful. It's just a great place on Spring Arbor Rd. I have shopped at Polly's on Parnell rd ,that one don't like snotty people, Don't have what I want high prices. vandercook lake don't like at all. 10 stars spring Arbor rd.

Great prices and quality products. Just be careful to check the sell by date. I've accidentally purchased expired items a few times, but management is always happy to fix the problem if you bring it to their attention.

Locally owned grocery store. It's convenient for those that live close to here. Because it's a smaller store their selections are limited. They have a can and bottle return at the entrance that always smells really bad. There's no way to get into the store without encountering the horrible smell. They need to fix that.
