They gave me a 3D movie when I specifically asked for DVD! They also forgot to unlock 3 of the movies I rented. #praytoendjacksonlibrary. 1 of of 5 stars do NOT recommend.

This is such a beautiful place of jackson history well staffed all are so helpful and friendly. I have one concern the city is talking about tearing it down for a place to park cars that would be a tragic lost to jackson i hope this never happens.

Their over stretched for their budget. The system is fine, but most of the branch hours are only 4 or 5 days a week for 6 hours.
They should look at consolidating some of the branches and not requesting all of the tax levies.response / report this review -

The librarians at the Carnegie Branch Library are most helpful and friendly. The selections within are in great condition. The facilities themselves are historic, and kept in prestine condition. They love their public and will try to accommodate each accordingly. One of the prettiest and worthwhile libraries I've had the pleasure of stepping through.
