I was in a huge bind and had to book a car service from while I was boarding a plane on the West Coast. My ride I had canceled on me. Due to a storm, the first few places I called could not help me. I was stuck, with three kids about to get on a plane bound for NY. Jackrabbitt took care of me. Top notch.

The owner was amazing in helping me arrange a last minute trip from Woodbury to NYC. He has great customer service and excellent work ethic. We needed one car seat and two booster seats and it wasn’t an issue at all.

Our driver Rich arrived 10 minutes early. He drove us to NYC and was an excellent driver. He is calm when other drivers were driving erratic . I felt extremely comfortable and safe with my 3 children in the car. He was kind enough to make a stop on our way back to our hotel. 5 star driver for sure.

I ordered a car and had an extra dog at the last minute so the driver refused to take me. So I understand that was my fault. The driver and I were calling the office to see what to do which took over a half hour. So not only was I charged for the ride, ( minus service charges and tolls) but they charged me an extra $70 for the time the driver and I were figuring out what to do. Total cost was $350 for a ride I never took. I called to work something out with them, but they didn’t budge. I would have continued using them, but since they couldn’t do anything to help me out, never again!!

Excellent customer service and quick response. Seamless experience from start to finish driving from the Hamptons to Manhattan on a holiday weekend. Can’t recommend them enough!
