Over charges and does not stand behind his work. My bike is spraying oil out of the valve cover after he "rebuilt the top end" doesn't even have an hour on it since the work was done. Wanted to charge me more to fix his mistake.
I do not recommend this place to anyone

First off I had u on recording the whole time. I was very respectful until u basically gave me the finger. I was told from the start that rebuild kit came with every gasket to rebuild the top end. Then u tell me I didn't request a new gasket so u didn't replace it.
And I already got the bike fixed it was leaking because the gasket was NOT properly seated because the groove on the valve cover was full of gunk from not being cleaned up. I cleaned everything up even used the old gasket no problems since.
I feel sorry for u if u think everyone is gonna be cool about dropping $1250 on a bike that wasn't fixed correctly. NOT ME! If you would have taken 5 extra minutes to look at it instead of freaking out then you would have seen that you made a simple mistake and could have saved yourself a bad review. You are very unprofessional and i promise not to waste anymore of my time and money at your shop.

Ive heard and read great reviews for this company. With that said I called for simple tire replacement and instead of giving me an option for an appointment I was told that they were too busy for something that simple and that they didn't want to do it. I originally gave a 1 star review which was unfair; I appreciate their honesty at the very least.

Nathan at JS has gone above and beyond to help me get my IQR set up for high altitude. You can tell when talking to him that he truly loves what he does. They have or can get any part you could ever imagine for my IQR. I like to replace all my bushings and suspension bolts every season cause i like to jump. I used to go through the ski doo race department but now that im on a Polaris IQR ill be using JS for all my parts down to the bolts and rivets.

My name is Kyle Reid. I have placed a few orders with JS Powersports. They are amazing the only store I will order from especially when it comes to my IQR and many other things. It blew my mind that I ordered a part that is typically ordered 2 at a time and I messed up and ordered one. They caught it and reached out to me right away and asked if it was correct. we fixed my mistake within an hour of ordering vs. waiting till it showed up and realizing the mistake. They were awesome.
