This place is an outrageous ripoff shop. I had a smog inspection elsewhere and needed an 02 sensor replaced, they said they can do it for approximately $200.00 and they would not use the one I purchased. When I arrived for my appointment they asked why I needed an 02 sensor I explained they smog inspection report, the guy then tells me they can't do the repair unless they do the smog inspection and diagnose the need for an 02 sensor. I asked how much that would cost, he said $150.00 for the inspection, which is literally double what I already paid for the previous inspection. Don't go to this place unless you like to throw money away. Completely dishonest ripoff shop given the fact that the previous inspection was pointed out to them when I called to make the appointment. Completely dishonest shop that really doesn't want your business.

The guy in the office was very nice.
He explained the process of what was going to be done to my vehicle.
He explained all the prices of repairs needed for my car.
Everything was explained to me perfectly before being charged.
Fast service, same day my car was done.

Scam tried to rip me off charging me $800 dollars. They said my car failed and never received a failed certificate. Said I needed work on the car to ensure it would pass would cost $800. Go anywhere else but here. They wanted to work on my vehicle and are not certified mechanics.

I took my car in for transmission issue and got very poor service. Despite their inability to fix my car (and I still got charged), the customer service here is horrid. I felt like they lacked empathy and genuine concern for my situation. I don't' recommend using this shop unless you want to be met with bad attitudes and an incomplete service to your car.
