I had read encouraging reviews on Yelp and Google but had been disappointed by their disinterested response. After temping on a number of jobs for Reliable Staffing in LA, I believe I had enough experience to merit a few minutes with a recruiter in the very least.
Their receptionist passed me on to a coordinator who only asked me if I had worked with them before and then told me to submit my resume online and curtly let me go. I had been hoping to speak with a recruiter to explain a gap in my profile but they didn’t even ask my name. No word back but no longer looking.
I love this place because I work for them and the people at this place are the greatest people
This company is efficient, professional and communicative.
I went in to register and do a couple of aptitude tests. I had a phone interview the same day and a permanent job two months later.
You submit your time sheets online, payment was always on time, the staff are friendly and reliable.
John Leonard has been a great place to work for! The people are determined to get you a full time job and are extremely kind. One of the great things when working for John Leonard is you work for multiple people who are trying to help you find a job. I worked for John Leonard only a couple of months and I landed a full time job right away. The people at John Leonard are a huge reason why I got my receptionist position. They were so helpful and I am so happy that I applied to John Leonard!
John Leonard is a great employment agency here in Boston! I have just applied this past summer and they have been so friendly, and supportive in helping me find positions that would suit my personality. I am a recent college graduate who, unfortunately, has been struggling on deciding what it is I want to do in life. Luckily for me, Jennifer Sirois, one of the staffing consultants in the temporary division, has been actively communicating with me since day one. She would always shoot me a call and/or an email, giving me heads up about available short-term positions that might be of interest to me. When I met her my first time, she asked me what types of employment I was looking for. I knew I wasn't making it easy on her when I started telling her that "I didn't know", but I knew what "I didn't want". However, she really went out of her way to match what I wanted to the openings she had. In just a few weeks, I've accepted a temp position from her, working in a nonprofit organization right in Downtown. As of right now, I am still currently working for the organization, with my stay extended until sometime next year. I've been very fortunate to have found John Leonard (and Jen!), and being able to work in an organization with such amazingly intelligent, funny, and kind co-workers.
