  I ordered a curbside pick up order and was notified it was ready a couple hours later. Most of my items weren't even in stock, so I received only half my order. Even though the online inventory said they had plenty of most my items. When I pulled up I wasn't really sure where to park since there were 2 different signs. There were parking spots that were makied curbside pick up and then a large banner hung on the outside of the building like an advertisement that they do curbside. The banner did NOT mention to park next to the curb directly, so logic told me I should park in a spot that was marked as such. Also, their "curbside" parking is in a fire lane but that's a whole other issue. When the person finally came out with my order after being short with me on the phone when I said I had arrived, he almost took my order to the wrong car that was randomly parked at the curb. Then when my car was noticed, he came over to my car as he was telling me off for parking there and that next time I need to NOT park there because they aren't even supposed to go into the parking lot. Well, if that's true then signs should be posted. Many places offer "curbside pickup" but its not actually at the curb. I think this will be my last trip here, I'd rather drive out of the way to get the supplies I need. I never get good customer service here and only returned due to another craft store going out of business.

  Had a very good day shopping at Joann Fabrics today. GREAT sales. To many to mention but I shopped for cotton crochet yarn and it was 25/% off. Keepsake Fabric on sale in the back of the store. Several discounts like 50%, 60/%,70/%.80%, OFF. You get another 10/% if you buy the entire bolt. Books on sale and probably more than I even thought. St. Patrick's stocks on sale. The final big part my bill came to $55.00.
  I was thrilled and it wasn't busy. There around 1:30pm. Good Luck!!! Sale started today but didn't notice when it ends.

  Semi organized throughout the store. (Mostly the fabric section)The store is a bit small for all the items that they have in there. Overall the staff was friendly but seemed to be short staff. The clearance section is still a bit high.

  Great selection of fabrics and all the things necessary for crafts from woodworking to scrapbooking. Sales items are in two different places but you can find more discounted items thorough the store.

  The selection is great but the Customer Service was beyond rude!!! June(the assistant manager) and Kristin, who was cutting fabric was short answered and no help at advising. I was trying to be nice and make nice comments and they seemed so annoyed that they had to even be there working!!! If you hate your job so much that you have to be rude to customers then go find another job!!! I will gladly remain in Destin and spend more money just to avoid such bad customer service. No more of this place for me!!! The cashier was really nice!!

  Small store with limited selection of crafts compared to many other JoAnn I have been too. Today walked out because the clerk didn't know how to ring up a clearly marked sale item.

  I am disgusted, we felt unwelcomed, the woman that was helping us, had a very bad attitude towards my family, she was very disrespectful! She was in a bad mood before helping us, but that still shouldn’t allow the disrespect she gave us! She was being, sad too say, racist. She has no right to be that ugly to people another skin color. Overall, bad experience and we are disgusted of that woman’s attitude towards everyone, if she thinks that attitude is ok, then she needs to be fired or moved to a place we’re she can’t have contact with customers! She had blonde short hair and a bad attitude and was working at the textiles department at 1:30-2:00 P.M on 4/4/18 , check her shifts and fix this problem, we will not be going back anytime soon!

  Love JOANN fabric but this is truly the worst store I've ever shopped in. I took a friend here after convincing her how great JOANNS was. Man was I embarrassed.
  Stock in boxes stacked everywhere. The store was a mess.
  Lines to cut fabric longer than I've ever seen. We were there for almost an hour.
  Staff was beyond rude. Complaining about customers and actually making the statement
  "Y'all should be happy we are cutting fabric, I could go slower if I wanted to"
  
  Staff complaining about being there, it was awful. :(
  
  Hope they get some help there soon from upper management. It's a great company but this one store has clearly fallen off the radar or corporate.

  The store has a nice selection of arts & crafts supplies and not too overpriced. The staff however, isn't the best on customer service. They made me feel as if I was being rude for asking about materials or where in the store things are located, even the manager was perturbed and ended up just pointing me in the general direction of what I'm looking for which was no help at all. Another employee didn't know where things were and made no attempt to find out. the back of the store last few times I went to get some things for some of my projects, I actually left without purchasing anything which is more of an inconvenience because I end up having to order from Amazon and pay & wait for delivery. I have no plans on taking another trip in the foreseeable future.

  This is my local JOANN and the only fabric store in town so I end up in here often. Usually they seem understaffed so I was pleasantly surprised when I was in there a few days ago and there were more team members than I have ever seen. However I was disappointed when my friend, who also frequents JOANN, went in with a 20% off coupon and the cashier would not type the code in for her. She was told that they could not use it without a barcode (She does not have a smart phone). If you can I, recommend making the trip to pensacola!

  Awful experience every time. Somehow I end up there in the middle of the day and somehow they always only have one person working the cutting counter and one person working the register. It's like a disney line and you can see a number of other workers throughout the store. One would think they could pitch in to get everyone moving, but they don't so that makes me think its this way because of management. awful, awful store.

  Great store. More sewing supplies then crafts but they do carry craft items. You can't beat their coupons! Employees are always helpful and they offer no hassle returns.

  I gave 4 star's only because,I haven't been there in years. but I love sewing. I used to go there all the time. I love it. I will give it 5 stars, When I actually go in the store again & see it wth my own eyes again Thank you

  Very helpful, not just in the sale itself, but also with talking through project requirements and tips. Great selection, a fun store when for this non-crafter to visit with my wife.

  always enjoy a fun trip to Jo-Ann's. Service is always great, good sales and well organized stock Except for the instructional books. It is almost too confusing to look for anything in particular.

  I have a love-hate relationship with Jo-Ann Fabrics. They have what I need at great prices. However, the cutting table is always very slow and the line grows constantly. There is one employee who also always seems to be in a horrible mood and annoyed by customers when they ask her questions or are checking out. The rest of the employees seem to be in a good mood and very helpful. I go to quilt shops for higher quality fabric, but Jo-Ann's is great for basics and patterns. I wish they were in a better and bigger location so that it would be less cluttered and easier to navigate with a cart (you can't ever have more than one cart in an aisle and have to wait for somebody else to stop browsing it before you can fit in it). It also smells very musty and the bathroom has been really gross both times I have used it, now I just avoid it. Never go here if you are in a hurry, even if you just intend on buying one thing. The checkout line can be long and very slow-moving. They do have a wonderful coupon policy- they accept the mailer coupons, email coupons, and app coupons even in the same transaction, unlike other local craft suppliers.
