During our letter visit we found the food quality had come back up. Our meals were delicious!

Arrived for a bite to eat at 9 pm. Ordered a bbq chicken sandwich. Horrible sandwich. Unfit to eat. You should be embarrassed trying to serve food that is unfit to eat!

Not someplace I'll be going back too. The food was not very good and it sets very heavy. My husband and I were almost sick for2 day's. I'm not saying that everyone will have the same result.

I like the beef brisket a lot. And the banana pudding has actual bananas in it! Really everything is good that I have had.

I used to work there as a cook and the place has roaches mold on walls i stay sick working for Randy Bevis the owner because of the mold and with the roof that is caving in its unsafe the floor is rotting the building should be torn down i would say big health code violations just poor

Terrible service, family run, they never wash there hands, waited 30 minutes for coleslaw, beans and the saddest chicken sandwich I have ever seen. Then paid $14 for it. I don't normally do reviews but it's obvious the ones done here are fake.

Outstanding. My favorite rib place. And no, I'm not family, or a friend. I've been eating ribs from JR's for years. Always consistent quality. Sometimes at the other well known place -coughsunnyscough- the ribs are tough. Sure, the Star Ave location is a bit of a dive. But it's clean and the staff is friendly.

My wife and I have been dining here for more than 5 years. Picked up a couple of BBQ pork sandwiches while unpacking and immediately decided they would be seeing more of us. Staff are friendly and helpful. Often greating customers by name. Sweet tea is always good. Suggest trying the corn nuggets with ranch!
