I purchased a used Silverado 1500 from JP Chevy and I couldn't be happier. The sales representative I worked with, Josh, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to get me in a truck that I wanted to be in, even though that meant waiting for the right one to come on the lot. He wasn't pushy in any way and I couldn't recommend him enough. The service department is also great and replaced the brakes at no cost to me when I experienced a vibration shortly after my purchase.

JP Chevorlet service dept was maybe the best I've ever experienced. I literally waited like no time at all. They provided me with courtesy transportation and 4 hours later they were done installing my splash guards and side bars on my truck. Awesome! Keep up the good work.

I called the day prior(Friday) to make sure I could bring my vehicle in to get service on saturday and talk about getting into another lease. They said they would be open Saturday afternoon and would look at my vehicle to figure out the problem. I showed up at 1:30pm and they were closed. I asked what happened and they the sales person told me that i just be mistaken because they always close at 1200. On top of that i tried to speak to someone about another lease and I had to find someone to talk to. When I did he made it seem like I was an invonvience and didn't even stand up to shake my hand and introduce him self. Worse chevy dealership I've ever been too

Fantastic! They was polite and courteous. They told me approximate times it would take to perform a service and offered me a soda, free! I know this sounds cheap but no other company would ever do this. Little things like the soda keeps me going back to them. Keep up the great work standards you have.

Service center is incompetent. They did not fix all the issues with my car, lost my key, and were going to send me home with an open safety recall that was clearly printed in the paperwork. I had to Google how to fix one of the issues they did not address, and I took care of it myself at home. They showed a clear lack of understanding of how my car is supposed to operate. I no longer trust them with my vehicle.

The customer service is terrible. Our car broke down on our trip to NY and they were very unhelpful and rude. They didn't want to listen, were not understanding, gave us a bogus 4 hour wait time to even see the problem and were unpleasantly talking behind our back as my husband and I were making calls in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do. My sister was still in the lobby and the service guys didn't know she was with us and gave her the impression they didn't even want to help us or service our car.

From start to finish of the purchase everyone was easy and pleasant. The sales and the service department are beyond compare. I would highly recommend JP Chevrolet to my friends. Thanks for the free oil changes!

After a lifetime of buying cars and trucks from this place our relationship came to an unfortunate end. They sold my father, who had been a loyal and excellent customer forever, and who also died of cancer 2 months after buying a SUV from these people, a previously wrecked vehicle. Took the SUV back 3 times in the first week of ownership for various problems only one of which was fixed (because it cost them nothing). The other problems we were told one of which they were trying to fix (little over a year later still not done) the other of which they told us they had no intention of fixing because of cost. My family has bought vehicles from here for a lifetime, my uncle was the service manager for years, and when I had to spend $1000 to get something fixed was told that the car had previously been wrecked. Never disclosed and when I went to them to bring it to their attention was accused of wrecking it myself but was assured that if I were to trade it in would be given a fair deal. According to my mechanic the only way I could have done that kind of damage was if I had hit a brick wall. Current Service manager who I suggest enter a new business like politics since they too are full of hot air and bullshit took a look at said SUV and saw that everything on it was the way it left. No way could I have wrecked it. Accused me of being a liar in not so many words. Bottom line? Make sure you know what your getting before you get screwed like my dad did. Should have know better than to actually think loyalty and good customers meant something. Also goes to show you can't trust the good old boy network when there aren't many good old boys left. Damn shame.
Unfortunately as was just posted the car fax report shows that this company replaced a part that is only replaced when a car is wrecked. It is not on us that the car was not reported wrecked but the mechanics would have seen it when they replaced said part. BEFORE it was sold to us. And I was accused of wrecking it myself yet amazingly that was not on the car fax report that kept getting shoved in my face ( not literally) . And the only thing that was replaced in the car during one of our 3 trips was a broken arm rest that I'm sure didn't cost the company anything. Don't kid yourself. We stood behind you as well until this little deal of yours went south. And so we are clear the car was never returned to this company for regular maintenance as there was no reason to give them more money since the things we were told would be fixed were not. Oh and one last thing as this company keeps reminding me it would never have passed inspection is that the company themselves did the inspection and my mechanic who is also a liscened inspector told us it would have passed. I am aware that by buying a used car there will be things that need replacing sooner rather than later. And we did buy the car as is because we trusted you. Should have known better. An SUV was sold with all the bells and whistles unfortunately the bells and whistles were broken. But if you as a family owned company stand behind its vehicles and its customers as you claim so strongly then I wouldn't have been accused of wrecking the car. You have done no research nor even the courtesy phone call that I was promised. But no worries. We will continue to advertise for you and just exactly what kind of family owned business you run. Especially since it seems to be your bank account that matters not proof or someone who was a "friend" dying of cancer.
    Mrs. Kristy Fuller Tharpe.

Gee, for such a wonderful family owned customer service oriented company seems like we aren't the only ones getting screwed. And yet the fault was all "ours". Interesting.

The owners response has been removed. Or should I say the owners daughter? She had plenty to say for my first post. Curious.

    This rating is for service.

They got me in same day, which was good.

I had my truck diagnosed by a trusted Chevrolet dealer before relocating up here.

Nonetheless they tried to rope me into paying a 95 dollar diagnostic, which doesn't go towards the repair. Unlike all GM dealers I've worked with.

After spending over three hundred dollars, the service rep didn't explain the repair, didn't have a basic inspection of my vehicle done like all other dealers, nor treat me like a valued customer. Didn't explain the success of the repair. The Technicians are great service reps not so.

Ted in sales is 6/5 stars
