Check engine light came on. Pulled in shop got a friendly greeting, a quick look for the usual issues not finding took car in shop found issue. Was a minor one. Price was very reasonable service friendly and fast.

Redeemed yourselves. My first experience was not good. I had a broken valve stem and was told I needed a new tire. BUT, I did not bring it to anyone's attention as I should have. This time I had a flat, you had a full parking lot but worked me in. That's how you win customers. I will use you again

Whether justified or not, I've always been instinctively suspicious of car repair places; partly because I'm easy prey, being mostly clueless about cars, and also because I've had some sketchy experiences.

Happily, the owners and management at J&J have restored my faith in their industry, and I salute their staff. This has been the primary place we take our family cars for a few years now. Trust is an important commodity.

Their pricing seems realistic to me, and most recently, when we were in a cashflow pinch after Hurricane Irma and my wife's Buick needed brakes with payday almost a week away, J&J let us float a postdated check for the work. How many businesses do you know that will do that for a customer? I certainly wouldn't, in mine, unless it was a very trusted customer indeed! That's just one example of the sort of personalized service we have received.

I'll also add - as a counterpoint to the rather absurd two-star review over nothing more than the water pressure in the bathroom (?!?) - that J&J has a nice waiting area with WiFi, which is clean and comfortable enough that I don't mind waiting there for up to an hour or so.

Hats off to them, I say.

Business is great. Quick service. However the bathroom is severely lacking in quality. I'll start off with the positives. Clean and stylish. Has good novelties. Soap, paper towels, Lysol. Now the bad. The water pressure is that of a juice box tipped upside down. In other words it has no pressure whatsoever. Toilet flushes with no power. In addition to the Low pressure the lighting is awful. I felt like I was in a dank cave. J & J tire service you can do better

Stopped to have our tires that were loosing air looked at on our Class C motorhome. Tech found the problem in no time and had us back on the road quickly. Great service, reasonable price, no hesitation to recommend. They were a great help.

Bring your car to J &J Tire, they are awesome! Wonderful staff, great service, reasonable prices, locally owned and operated. I made an appt to get a new battery and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is the place to go, service from start to finish was top notch!

These people are great. I had a tire blow out on my motor home on interstate 95 just north of Brunswick, Ga. I was able to drive to their location and they had me up an back on the road so I was able to make my final destination on the same day. Their prices a comparable to the other tire stores in the Brunswick area, but their service is excellent. If you need tires or service this is the place you need to go to in the Brunswick area.
